Rosh: Funny but also sad at the same time. Don't you think the rich are getting richer while poor are finding it extremely difficult to survive. At least this is what I have observed. God help us.
Indeed the rich have become richer - and the less fortunate find themselves at tougher pathways. The recent credit crunch here in Americas is prime example of gluttony involved.
Rosh: Well its same everywhere. They say feudal lord system has no place in today's "modern" world. But what I see is these big corporations acting as feudal lords of the world. They are the ones deciding the fates of us, the poor mortals.
Few days ago I heard on radio that even today global food stockpiles are enough to feed 12 billion people, the population of the world is 6 billion & yet we have food shortages !!
Precisely DG: in many ways Feudal and Capitalism, have quite a lot in common.
I don't under the rice shortage thingy - people waste so much food in this part of the world! Am just praying there ain't shawarmah shortages in the UAE :)
Rosh: Lol @ shawarma shortage. Someone is a big fan of shawarma :-D
Yes I agree with you, there is too much food wastage in this part of the world. People didn't care because food used to be alot cheaper & easily available. But I believe things will start changing from now onwards, maybe this global food shortage turns out to be a blessing in disguise :-)

haha! Yup true indeed! I live/work at the heart beats of capitalism - New York City :) After a while the amount of greed & gluttony troubles the soul.
